All orders are Non-Cancelable and Non-Returnable.
Visa/Mastercard accepted with a 3% processing fee.
Orders should be cc’d and sent to orders@etisystems.com.
ETI Systems Terms & Conditions supersede customer terms.
Order/product discrepancies must be reported within 30 days of receipt.
Insurance approval/denial must be requested on every order.
Section 122 Inclusion Notice (Effective March 2026)
In light of the ongoing and indefinite nature of applicable duties, all prices quoted for products subject to such duties shall be inclusive of any applicable amounts. Duties will not be separately stated, itemized, or billed. This pricing structure is adopted to streamline the ordering process, reduce administrative burden, and minimize revisions, documentation, and follow-up communications related to order updates.
Engineering Design Assistance (Effective July 1, 2024)
ETI Systems requires an advance payment for engineering design assistance on new designs. This fee is $150 and includes up to two (2) revisions to the initial design sheet.
For NET30 accounts, the fee is billed as such; non-NET30 accounts are payable via Visa/Mastercard (3% processing fee applies).
If the design moves to order status, 50% of the $150 fee will be credited to your first order.
Manufacturer Certificates
Certificates of Conformance (“C of C”) or Certificates of Origin (“C of O”) must be requested at the time of order. A $25 fee applies if requested after shipping.
Shipping & Risk of Loss
All shipments are F.O.B. ETI Systems factory, Carlsbad, CA. Title to and risk of loss and damage to equipment and parts shall pass to buyer upon delivery to carrier. Items will be packaged to conform to standard commercial practices of ETI Systems.
ETI Systems shall not be liable for delays in delivery or failure to manufacture due to causes beyond its reasonable control, such as acts of God, acts or omissions of Buyer, acts or omissions of Civil and Military Authority, fires, strikes, floods, wars (whether declared or undeclared), or any other cause beyond its reasonable control.
